Warranty (Airrex Vola & Airmax)

• The warranty is only valid on Lebanese territories and exclusively for Airrex Vola or Airmax products purchased from Salameh Group S.A.R.L or any of its approved distributers.
• This warranty excludes the following:

1. Damages incurred as a result of
2. Irregular electrical current.
3. Misuse of the products.

• Lightning strikes, any damage resulting from exterior factors such as moisture, and other force majeure.

1. Damages incurred as a result of using fuel oils other than green fuel which would destroy some parts of the products.
2. Any equipment installed not in accordance with the instructions mentioned on the product under “instructions to install the exhaust”, as well as any repair or dismantlement conducted by a person not licensed or approved by Salameh Group S.A.R.L.
3. Any product whose serial number has been removed from itself or warranty.
4. Any visit conducted by technicians related to enquiries regarding the setup or operation of the product.
5. The costs and expenses of installation.

• A single type of fuel or gas should be continuously used starting from the ignition of the product and throughout its operations. Gas and fuel should not be mixed together in order to maintain the functioning of the product.
• Salameh Group S.A.R.L shall conduct repairs and replace the necessary parts at no extra charge during the term of the warranty, except for the scope mentioned under paragraphs 2 and 3 above.
• The warranty term is 12 months starting from the purchase.
